Team India returned to the country on Thursday, July 4, four days after winning the T20 World Cup in the West Indies and the welcome they received will be remembered for years to come. After landing in New Delhi, Team India first met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and then on reaching Mumbai, the atmosphere of celebration was different. During this celebration, when Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli danced together in the Wankhede Stadium, it was a sensation.

After winning the World Cup, the players were perhaps more impatient than the fans for Team India's return. After missing out for many years, their hard work had paid off, which made the whole country happy. In such a situation, they were also eager to celebrate this happiness with the countrymen and on July 4, everyone's impatience was dispelled. In Mumbai, first, a victory procession was taken out in an open bus till the Wankhede Stadium, around which thousands of fans had gathered.

After the victory parade was over, thousands of fans were waiting for Team India at the Wankhede Stadium. When Team India reached inside the stadium, the enthusiasm of the fans increased. Slogans started being raised in the name of Team India and the players. As soon as they landed on the field, Virat Kohli took the entire team including captain Rohit Sharma to the fans, where the famous dholwalas of Nashik were performing. Then what, Kohli and Rohit started dancing and on seeing them, the rest of the team members could not stop themselves and started dancing. For the first time, Indian fans got a chance to see Rohit and Kohli dancing together so freely.
