Gautam Gambhir: After the end of Rahul Dravid's tenure as Team India head coach, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Jay Shah has given the responsibility of the post of head coach to former Team India opener Gautam Gambhir as the head coach of Team India.

Gautam Gambhir can take over as the head from the Sri Lanka tour. During this, a sports journalist has made a big revelation about Gautam Gambhir quoting the former cricketer of Team India - BCCI selector.

Because of Gautam Gambhir Rishabh Pant did not get a place in the team
