Ravindra Jadeja: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the squad of Team India for the series to be played with Sri Lanka. Team India has to play a series of 3 T20 and 3 ODI matches with Sri Lanka. Which is to start from July 27. All the matches of the T20 series are to be played at the Pallekele ground.

While all the matches of the ODI series are to be played on the Colombo ground. Team India can now leave for Sri Lanka tour very soon. At the same time, all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has not got a place in the series against Sri Lanka. Due to which his career now seems to be ending.

Team India became the champion in the T20 World Cup 2024 played under the hosting of West Indies and America. But after becoming the champion, the team's all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja announced his retirement. Jadeja's performance in T20 International cricket has not been anything special. Due to which he decided to retire at the age of 35.

Now he can retire from ODI

Indian team's veteran player Ravindra Jadeja has not been given a chance in the ODI series to be played against Sri Lanka. Due to which it is now expected that Jadeja's career in ODIs is also over.

Because, after the ODI series against Sri Lanka, Team India now has to play the ODI series next year. Due to which Jadeja can also announce his retirement from ODIs. If this happens, then we will never see Jadeja in the blue jersey again. However, we may see Jadeja playing in the Test series to be played with Bangladesh.
