Jay Shah: The Indian cricket team has to play cricket continuously in the coming times and in this sequence the head coach of the team has also changed. In fact, in place of Rahul Dravid, former Indian opener Gautam Gambhir has now become the next head coach of Team India.
After becoming the head coach of Team India, Gambhir is now busy doing as he pleases in the team and has shown the way out of the team to the favorite player of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Secretary Jay Shah.

Let us tell you that Gautam will take over as the head coach of Team India from the Sri Lanka tour. Gambhir has already been selected for the post of head coach of the Indian team and the T20 and ODI series against Sri Lanka will be his first assignment.
The Indian team has to go on a tour of Lanka at the end of this month i.e. from 27th July and a three-match T20 and an equal number of ODI series are to be played on this tour. On this tour, Gambhir has shown the way out to Jai Shah's favorite player.
Actually, Team India's all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has announced his retirement from this format after the T20 World Cup. Now he will not be seen playing in this format for India. After this, Shah himself praised Jadeja a lot for his contribution and he was Shah's favorite player.
Jadeja has announced his retirement from T20 cricket but now he has not been selected in the ODI series against Sri Lanka. In such a situation, it now seems that Gambhir is not in favor of giving him a chance in ODI cricket as well.
In place of Jadeja, two players have been selected in the ODI series against Sri Lanka, who can replace him in the coming future. Axar Patel has been given a place in this team, who, like Jadeja, is a left-arm bowler and a left-handed batsman.
Apart from Patel, Washington Sundar has also been given a chance in this team, who recently performed brilliantly in the T-20 series against Zimbabwe. In such a situation, it now seems that Gambhir is not going to give Jadeja a chance in the coming times.
