Team India: The Indian team is currently on a tour of Sri Lanka. Where the 3-match T20 series is to start from July 27. The first T20 match between Sri Lanka and India (SL vs IND) will be played at the Pallekele ground. While after the Sri Lanka tour, Team India has to host Bangladesh.
During this time, a series of 2 Tests and 3 T20 matches will be played between India and Bangladesh (IND vs BAN). The Test series against Bangladesh is to start from 19 September. Let us tell you that Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli can be given rest in the Test series against Bangladesh.

Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma can be rested in the 15-member squad of Team India for the Test series against Bangladesh starting from 19th September. Due to which, Kohli and Rohit can be rested against Bangladesh and young players can be tried.
By resting Rohit Sharma for the 2 Test match series against Bangladesh, Shubman Gill can be made the captain of Team India in this series. While the vice-captain can be fast bowler Jaspreet Bumrah. Because, BCCI is looking at Shubman Gill as the captain. Due to which Gill can captain in the Test format for the first time in the series against Bangladesh. Both the Test matches against Bangladesh are to be played at the grounds of Chennai and Kanpur.
Young batsman Sarfaraz Khan got a chance to debut in the 5-match Test series played against England. Sarfaraz Khan had performed very well against England. Due to which he may get a chance in the Test series against Bangladesh. Apart from this, Riyan Parag and Rituraj Gaikwad may get a chance in the Test format in place of Kohli and Rohit.
