World Cup: Recently, the T20 World Cup 2024 edition was played in world cricket. In this edition, Team India, under the leadership of captain Rohit Sharma, won the T20 World Cup title after 17 years. After winning the T20 World Cup title, 3 legendary players of Team India, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja have announced their retirement.
Meanwhile, according to reports in the media, a big T20 International player has decided to return from his retirement. After which it is believed that he will be seen representing his country once again in the World Cup.

Veteran West Indies women's team all-rounder Deandra Dottin has decided to return from her retirement from international T20 cricket to represent her country in the Women's T20 World Cup to be held in Bangladesh in 2024. Deandra Dottin will now want to make West Indies the T20 World Champion once again with her performance in the Women's T20 World Cup to be held in the month of October.
While giving a statement about returning to international T20 cricket, West Indies' legendary all-rounder Deandra Dottin said that
“Representing the West Indies in international cricket has always been a matter of great pride and passion for me, following discussions with various parties within Cricket West Indies, including Cricket West Indies President Dr. Kishore Shell, I am pleased to inform you that I am looking forward to returning to the game I love, and making my contribution.”
Talking about Deandra Dottin, the 33-year-old veteran all-rounder has played 143 ODIs and 127 T20 matches for West Indies so far. Deandra Dottin has scored 3727 runs in 143 ODIs, while in bowling, she has taken 72 wickets in this format.
Similarly, if we talk about T20 format, she has scored 2697 runs and taken 62 wickets in 127 matches played so far. Due to which it is believed that Deandra Dottin can prove to be a match winner for the West Indies women's team in the T20 World Cup (T20 World Cup 2024) to be held in Bangladesh.
