If there is any biggest name in Indian football, it is Baichung Bhutia. Bhutia has left football many years ago. But, his brother is busy in the campaign to raise the flag of India in Paris Olympics. We are talking about Tarundeep Rai, who can create history in 150 minutes with the help of 2 soldiers of the Indian Army. Tarundeep Rai, the most experienced Indian archery player among men, is the cousin of Baichung Bhutia. And, at this time, he is looking to win a medal in Paris Olympics.
Whether Tarundeep Rai's wish to win a medal will be fulfilled or his dreams will be shattered, the decision will be taken on 29th July at 6:30 pm Indian time. This will be the time when Tarundeep Rai will enter the men's archery team event with his two teammates, who are not just archers but also soldiers of the Indian Army.
All the events of the men's archery team will be shown in 150 minutes i.e. two and a half hours. There will be matches from quarter finals to gold medal. The quarter final match of the Indian men's archery team will be held at 6:30 pm. After that, if you win the quarter final match, the semi-final will be played at 7:17 pm. If you win the semi-final, you will directly qualify for the gold medal match, which will start at 8:41 pm Indian time.
However, if India does not win the semi-final match, then it will have to play the bronze medal match, which will start at 8:18 pm Indian time.
Apart from Tarundeep Rai, India's men's archery team also has Praveen Jadhav and Dheeraj Bommadevara. Both Praveen and Dheeraj are posted as Havildars in the Indian Army. But, at the Paris Olympics, these two army men will be seen supporting Tarundeep Rai in creating the history that India has been waiting for for years.
