Manu Bhaker has created history by winning the second medal in Paris Olympics. But, what she can do now can be even more spectacular. Manu Bhaker is not going to be happy with 2 medals. Her intention now will be to take her success to another height in Paris Olympics. She will want to make that great record, which will hardly be possible for any Indian to break.
By winning the second medal in Paris, Manu has repeated the 124-year-old Indian history in the Olympics. She has become the first Indian to win two Olympic medals after Norman Pritchard won two silver medals in the 1900 Olympics. However, in the Paris Olympics, she now has a chance to surpass this 124-year-old history.
Both the medals that have fallen in India's bag so far in the Paris Olympics are due to the bullets fired from Manu's pistol. But, an even bigger miracle will happen when Manu Bhaker will be seen scoring a hat-trick of medals in the Paris Olympics. Manu Bhaker, who won bronze medals in the 10 meter air pistol singles and mixed team event, will have a chance to aim for another medal on August 3. If she wins the third medal as well, then she will complete her hat-trick of medals in the same Olympics.
