Team India: The Indian team has to play a series of 5 T20 and 3 ODI matches with England next year. Team India can be announced very soon for the T20 series to be played with England. The T20 series between India and England (IND vs ENG) is to start from January 22.

In the recently played T20 series against Sri Lanka, the performance of some players was poor. Due to which, some experienced players may return to Team India in the England T20 series. The name of wicketkeeper batsman KL Rahul is also included in this and apart from him, 3 more senior players may return.

KL Rahul may return

Team India's experienced wicketkeeper batsman KL Rahul may get a chance in the 5-match T20 series to be played against England. Rahul is out of the T20 format since the T20 World Cup played in 2022. But he may return in the T20 series against England.

Rahul may get a chance in place of wicketkeeper batsman Sanju Samson, who was out without opening his account in two matches against Sri Lanka. Rahul's performance in T20 against England has also been good and he has scored a century against this team.

Iyer, Bhuvneshwar and Shami may return

Shreyas Iyer, Mohammed Shami and Bhuvneshwar Kumar may get a chance in the 15-member team of Team India in the series to be played against England. Because, T20 World Cup is to be played in the year 2026. Due to which BCCI can give a chance to these experienced players.

Because, some experienced players can be included in the T20 World Cup. Due to which these players can get a chance. Iyer, Shami and Bhuvneshwar have been out of the T20 format for a long time. Only Suryakumar Yadav can captain Team India against England.
