In such a situation, Great Britain's physiotherapist Robbie Lillis and his colleague Dr. Harj Singh, who were present on the spot, helped him. Dr. Harj Singh controlled the matter by giving CPR, after which the Uzbekistan boxing coach was admitted to the hospital.

Kilochev's condition is currently stable in the hospital. England's physiotherapist said that Kilichev started regaining consciousness about 20 to 30 seconds after Dr. Harj Singh started CPR.
