Ian Dev Chauhan has also been the captain of the Jammu and Kashmir team. Announcing the captain's name, Seattle Thunderbolts wrote on social media, 'We are happy to announce that Ian Chauhan has been appointed the captain of the team for the 2024 season. Who is Ian Dev Singh Chauhan?

Ian Dev Singh Chauhan retired from all formats of domestic cricket last year. Ian Dev Singh, a resident of Bhaderwah, has represented the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association in domestic tournaments like Ranji Trophy, Vijay Hazare Trophy and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Apart from this, Ian is the only cricketer from Jammu and Kashmir who represented India in the Under-19 Commonwealth Cricket held in India in 2005.
