India wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant has helped a boy with his college fee on social media, but the boy has announced that he will refund the money back to the Indian player.
  On Tuesday (August 27), a social media user named Kartikey Maurya, shared a Ketto link on X and tagged Rishabh Pant. The user launched a self-funding campaign on Ketto, where he pledged Pant to donate money for his education. "Hello, my name is Kartikey Maurya, and I'm a dedicated student pursuing my engineering degree at Chandigarh University. Education has always been my top priority, and I've worked tirelessly to fund my studies through a part-time job as an SEO specialist. Balancing work and academics was challenging, but I was determined to achieve my dreams without burdening my family. However, life took an unexpected turn. For the past few months, I've been struggling to find stable employment, and my savings have dwindled. Despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to secure a new job, and the stress of meeting my college fees has become overwhelming," the description in the fundraising campaign was written.  
  Rishabh Pant pays Fee Astonishingly, Rishabh Pant acknowledged the pledge and contributed in the campaign of that person. The user shared Pant's contribution message on X and thanked the Indian player. Pant also replied back the student and told him to follow his dreams. "Keep chasing your dreams . God has better plans always tc," the reply from the India player wrote. But following the news breaking in social media, the user announced an hour ago that he will refund all the money back to the India player. Why is the College Boy looking to Refund Rishabh Pant the Money? The boy wrote on social media about his wish to refund the money back to Rishabh because of constant online trolling and abuse. "Refunding all the money to Rishabh pant. Please I can't handle all these hate. Right now refund is not allowed by team ketto. I mailed them and as soon as they allow, I will refund the money and post ss here. Sorry to all," the user wrote on X. The social media accused the boy for not revealing his original identity and lamented his act on social media. "Have you got any shame ? Scamming a National cricketer and when gets exposed, comes on to say I'm returning his money," a netizen wrote.
