These players were seeking citizenship of another country

Pakistan Hockey Federation Secretary General Rana Mujahid while talking to the media said that when the team returned from Netherlands, we had organized a camp keeping in mind the Asian Championship and it was necessary for all the players to be present in this camp. But these three players refused to come to the camp citing domestic problems. Later when we inquired, it was found out that all these three players had applied for citizenship in Netherlands.

Preparations for return to the country begin

General Rana Mujahid told the media that we are trying to bring these players to the country as soon as possible. Along with this, they have been banned so that they can return from the Netherlands easily.
