Paris Paralympics 2024: In Paris Paralympics 2024, Indian para-athletes have achieved such a feat within 6 days, which has never happened before. In fact, by touching the figure of 20 medals in Paris, India has created a new history of winning the most medals in a Paralympic Games. India now has a total of 20 medals in its account. These include 3 gold medals, 7 silver medals and 10 bronze medals.

Before Paris, India had set a record for winning the most medals at the Paralympic Games at Tokyo 2020. India won a total of 19 medals at the Tokyo Paralympics. One medal has come in archery. On 3 September, i.e. the sixth day, India won 5 medals. Deepti Jeevanji, Sharad Kumar, Mariyappan Thangavelu, Ajit Singh and Sundar Gurjar won these medals.
