Team India: The Indian team has to play a 2 Test match series with Bangladesh from 19 September. For which the BCCI has announced the squad of Team India. However, the board has currently announced a 16-member team only for the first Test match. While Team India also has to play a 3 T20 match series with Bangladesh.

Which is to start from October 6. Team India's squad for the T20 series can be announced very soon. While it is believed that Team India's head coach Gautam Gambhir can make Junior Sehwag the captain of the team in the T20 series against Bangladesh.

Junior Sehwag can become the captain of Team India

Sehwag used to bat explosively in Test, ODI and T20 formats. Due to which it is very difficult to bat in the same style in all three formats like him.

Surya may be out due to injury

Team India's T20 format captain Suryakumar Yadav is currently injured. Due to which Surya may not get a chance in the T20 series to be played against Bangladesh. Due to which Rishabh Pant can be made the captain. Let us tell you that Suryakumar Yadav was injured while fielding in the Buchchi Babu tournament. Due to which Surya is not playing in Duleep Trophy 2024 as well.

Gill and Hardik can be given rest

While Team India's vice-captain Shubman Gill has got a chance in the Test series against Bangladesh. Due to which, according to media reports, Gill can be given rest in the T20 series against Bangladesh.

While the team's all-rounder Hardik Pandya may also not be seen playing in this T20 series. Due to which the hope of Rishabh Pant becoming the captain has risen and Gambhir also wants that Pant should captain the team in the absence of Surya.
