Bangladesh defeated UAE by 27 runs in the first T20I match thanks to Parvez Hussain’s stormy century

Delhi: Parvez Hussain Emone’s brilliant century and fast bowlers in the first T20 international match played in Sharjah on Saturday Tanjim Hasan SaqibBangladesh defeated the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by 27 runs on Saturday thanks to the wonderful performance of Hasan Mahmood and Mustafizur Rahman.

Batting first after losing the toss, Bangladesh scored 191 runs, in which Emone has a stormy innings of 100 runs in 53 balls. He hit 9 sixes and 5 fours in his innings, which is the highest sixes by any Bangladeshi batsman in T20I.

Wasim and Rahul Chopra together added 62 runs. Rahul hit three fours and a six against Hasan Mahmud in a single over, while Wasim completed a half -century in 32 balls. In 10 overs, the UAE score was 98/2 and the match was seen on par.

In the 11th over, Tanjim returned Bangladesh by dismissing Wasim (54) on a short ball. After this, UAE’s rung started slowing down. However, Asif Khan played a bang of 42 runs off 21 balls and kept the match exciting.

Hasan Mahmood took three wickets. Mustafizur (2/17) and Tanjim (2/22) also bowled tightly. But Mehdi Hasan proved to be expensive and took two wickets for 55 runs. In the end, the UAE team was all out for 164 runs.
