Shreyas Iyer Elated As PBKS On The Verge Of Sealing IPL 2025 Playoff Qualification

RR Vs PBKS: Punjab Kings defeated Rajasthan Royals by 10 runs in their IPL 2025 fixture at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Sunday, May 18 to further solidify their position in the points table.

The result sparked a series of celebrations amongst the PBKS owners, as the franchise are looking firm and stable in their pursuit for their maiden IPL title.

Speaking after the match, Shreyas Iyer talked on various aspects of the game, and even clarified his absence from the field for the second innings, stating that he encountered a finger injury, and opted to rest as a precaution.

The PBKS skipper also reflected on the comeback of Harpreet Brar, who's finally getting his chance to shine and prove his worth to the side, as his appearances have beem pretty limited in IPL 2025.

PBKS are now on 17 points, and at 2nd place in the IPL 2025 points table.
