The first session of the 18th Lok Sabha has started from Monday. In this session, the first discussion was to be held on the motion of thanks brought on the President's address, but the opposition was demanding to discuss issues like NEET exam instead of the motion of thanks, due to which it was being feared that the war of words between the opposition and the ruling party could intensify from the beginning of the session starting today, but Om Birla said something from his seat after which not only the ruling party but also the opposition became happy.

In fact, as soon as the proceedings of the Parliament started today, Om Birla first congratulated the Indian men's cricket team (Team India) for winning the World Cup. Congratulating the Indian cricket team, Om Birla said, “On my behalf and on behalf of the entire House, I congratulate the Indian cricket team and their captain Rohit Sharma. This House wishes the cricket team all the best for the future”.

The manner in which PM Modi congratulated Rohit Sharma for the victory is also being discussed a lot.

Actually, after the victory, PM Modi spoke to Rohit Sharma on the phone and later he congratulated the team by sharing a photo of Rohit talking on the phone on social media.
