Ishan Kishan: Indian team's wicketkeeper batsman Ishan Kishan has been surrounded by a lot of controversies for some time now. There was a kind of war going on between him and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) because Kishan was not ready to bow down to the cricket board and due to this he had to be dropped from Team India.
However, Ishan is now ready to accept BCCI's demand and both of them have also resolved their dispute. Because of this, Kishan will get a chance to play in Team India.
Actually, Ishan had refused to follow the instructions of BCCI and due to this the dispute started between them.
Since then Ishan was also excluded from the central contract by the cricket board and he is also not being selected in the team. However, now after the dispute is resolved, he can be included in the team. While talking to India Express, Kishan has told that “I was constantly traveling with the team and despite performing well, I was benched. I was mentally upset and needed a short break. That is why I took a break and that was the reason I could not play in the Ranji Trophy. However, now I am feeling better and am looking forward to the Ranji Trophy.”
Kishan says that he is waiting for the domestic season to start and is ready to play in the Ranji Trophy. In such a situation, BCCI will also be happy with his decision and can also reward him for this.
The left-handed batsman can now be given a place in Team India because he has agreed to the Cricket Board and has agreed to play in the Ranji Trophy. In such a situation, he can be included in the Indian team in the coming time and he can once again play for Team India but first he will have to wreak havoc with his bat in Ranji.
Actually, it started at the end of the year 2023 when Kishan withdrew his name before the Test series against South Africa.
In such a situation, he was advised to play domestic cricket to make a comeback in Team India but this player did not listen to anything and since then he has been out of the team.
