Rahul Dravid's tenure as the head coach of the Indian team ended after the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. In his place, Gautam Gambhir has been entrusted with this big responsibility by the BCCI.

He will take charge from the three-match ODI and T20 series against Sri Lanka starting July 27.

Apart from this, there is a possibility of appointment of former Indian veteran bowler Zaheer Khan as bowling coach. However, no official announcement has been made by the Board of Control for Cricket in India yet. In such a situation, nothing can be said with certainty.
