Indian Team: The Indian team is going to be very busy for the next few months as they have to play series one after the other and currently Team India is on a tour of Zimbabwe, where a 5-match T20 series is being played between the two teams and immediately after this India has to tour Sri Lanka.
Team India has to play a three-match T20 and three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka and the Indian team may be announced soon for this. Some players who made it to the Zimbabwe tour may be dropped from this team.

Actually, for the Zimbabwe tour, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had given a chance to the young players who performed well in IPL 2024 and the names of Abhishek Sharma and Riyan Parag were also included in it, but now it seems very difficult for them to get a chance against Sri Lanka.
Let us tell you that India's senior players may return in the T20 series against Sri Lanka and in such a situation it is very difficult for both Parag and Sharma to get a place in the team. Parag got a chance to play in two matches on the Zimbabwe tour but he could not take advantage of it, while Abhishek did score a century in the second match but has been a flop since then.
The return of senior players is certain for this series against Sri Lanka and in this sequence, all the players who were part of the T20 World Cup can make a comeback in international cricket through this series.
If the media reports coming out so far are to be believed, Hardik Pandya can be seen captaining this team.Apart from this, star batsman Suryakumar Yadav can also be a part of this team. Veteran fast bowler Jaspreet Bumrah can also make a comeback and can be seen playing against Sri Lanka. These three veterans were not sent for the T20 series against Zimbabwe and were given rest but now they are ready to return.
