Delhi: English cricketer and Hampshire team captain James Vince's house has been attacked twice in the last three months, which he himself has informed about. Due to these attacks, he had to leave his hometown Southampton. James has revealed this while talking to The Telegraph.

The first attack occurred on 15 April 2024, when James was sleeping with his family and children. He woke up to an alarm in the night and saw his house and vehicles being vandalised by the attackers, where windows and vehicles were damaged with bricks and other objects.

A few weeks after the first attack, his house was attacked again on 1 May 2024. This time the attackers entered the house when James was awake. Sensing the situation, James took his wife and children out of the house safely. James immediately informed the police about the incident and the police is now investigating these attacks.

The CCTV footage of the incident shows two unidentified attackers, one of whom was throwing bricks and the other helping him. However, the police have not been able to trace the attackers yet.

Why did the attack happen?

James Vince says that the reason behind these attacks is not yet clear. He neither received any threat nor does he have any enmity with anyone. Some people are speculating that these attacks may be to old money transactions.

James has urged people to contact him or Hampshire Police if they have any information regarding the attack. This information may help them solve this case so that they can live their lives as before without any fear.
