The BCCI management has announced the 15-member Indian team for the ODI and T20 series against Sri Lanka. The Indian team announced by the management for the T20 series has seen many major changes. After this series, the Indian team has to play a 3-match series against Bangladesh and this series will be held on Indian soil. The management will try to field a strong team for the T20 series against Bangladesh and it is also being said that this team will be formed keeping in mind the upcoming big tournament.

Suryakumar Yadav will be the captain of Team India

Suryakumar Yadav will be the captain of the team that will be announced by the BCCI management for the series against Bangladesh. Suryakumar Yadav has been given the captaincy of the Indian team on the Sri Lanka tour by the management. Suryakumar Yadav has captained the Indian team before as well and his performance as a captain has been excellent.

Suryakumar Yadav is now being seen as the future captain by the management and it is being said that he will be seen captaining the Indian team till the T20 World Cup to be played in the year 2026. Along with this, the management can consider appointing Shubman Gill as the vice-captain of the Indian team in the T20 series against Bangladesh.

Responsibility will be on young players

It is heard that the BCCI management will select the same team for the T20 series against Bangladesh which was given a chance by the management in the T20 series against Sri Lanka.

In this series, young players have been given a chance in Team India and these young players will now be seen playing for the Indian team. However, it is also being said that if the young players fail in this series as well, then they will be dropped.
