The IPL franchise has suggested that all teams should be allowed to increase the salary of the player who performs better. If a player performs well during the season, then the franchise should be allowed to increase his salary. According to the Times of India, this suggestion has been given by an IPL franchise so that a player who performs well does not leave his team.

Let us tell you that IPL franchises also want that IPL mega auction should be held every 5 years so that the bonding between the team players lasts for a long time and maximum number of uncapped players get a chance in a team. The last 2 mega auctions were held after an interval of 4-4 years. Apart from this, all the franchises believe that to maintain the stability of the team, 4 to 6 players should be retained and RTM should be used on 8 players.
