Ireland vs Zimbabwe Test: Zimbabwe cricket team made a unique record in the only Test match being played against Ireland at the Civil Service Cricket Club in Belfast from Thursday (25 July).
Let us tell you that this is the first match in this format between the two teams.Zimbabwe has become the first team in Test history to have played against every Full Member team outside their country, starting with Zimbabwe's 1993 Test series against India. Zimbabwe has played Tests outside India against Pakistan, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, South Africa, West Indies, England, Bangladesh, Australia, Afghanistan (in UAE) and Ireland, all Full Member teams.
It is worth noting that after being invited to bat first in this match, Zimbabwe's team was all out for 210 runs in 71.3 overs in the first innings.
In which opening batsman Prince Masvaure scored 74 runs and Joylord Gumbi scored 49 runs. Both of them together made a partnership of 97 runs for the first wicket. In the middle order, Sean Williams scored 35 runs.
