Two-time boxing world champion Nikhat Zareen will also begin her Paris 2024 campaign today. Nikhat Zareen will take on Germany's Maxi Carina Kloetzer in the women's 50kg Round of 32 match at 3:50 pm.

The Indian women's archery team will hope for another strong performance as they take part in the quarterfinals. India's women's archery team of Ankita Bhakat, Deepika Kumari and Bhajan Kaur finished fourth in the ranking round on Thursday and will face either hosts France or the Netherlands in the quarterfinals at 5:45 pm.
