Saifuddin informed the Bangladesh Cricket Board about this through email. Mohammad Saifuddin did not get a chance in the T20 World Cup 2024 played under the hosting of America and West Indies.

Apart from this, the board did not allow him to participate in the Global T20 League being played in Canada. Due to which Saifuddin went into depression. Withdrew name from Pakistan series

Bangladesh's 27-year-old all-rounder Mohammad Saifuddin has withdrawn his name from the Pakistan tour. Bangladesh has to tour Pakistan. Where a 2 Test match series is to be played between the two teams from 21 August.
