Indian vs Bangladesh Ist T20 May be Cancelled: Bangladesh team will first play a series of 2 test matches on its India (IND vs BAN) tour.
After this, both the teams will face each other in a 3-match T20 series. The first match of the series is to be played in Gwalior, over which clouds of crisis are looming. In fact, Hindu Mahasabha has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to cancel this match and an important reason for this has also come to light.Let us tell you that the first T20 match is to be played on 6 October at Madhavrao Scindia International Cricket Stadium in Gwalior.
Hindu Mahasabha has said that it opposes this match in view of the atrocities being committed on Hindus in Bangladesh. If this match is not cancelled, then its workers will damage the match venue. While talking to journalists, Mahasabha's Vice President Dr. Jaiveer Bhardwaj said, 'Hindus are being oppressed in Bangladesh. Temples are being demolished. Therefore, our Mahasabha has decided that the India-Bangladesh cricket match will be opposed in Gwalior.'
He further said that a decision should be taken to cancel the match to maintain peace. Otherwise, there will be unrest in the country. PM Narendra Modi should intervene in this matter and stop the match.
It is worth noting that even after Sheikh Hasina resigned from the post of PM, the situation in Bangladesh has not improved yet. Hindus living there are being targeted by Muslims, whose painful and horrific videos are also being seen on social media every day.
This match between India and Bangladesh was earlier supposed to be played in Dharamshala. But due to the ongoing repair work there, the venue of this match was changed. Gwalior has got the hosting of an international match after a long wait of about 14 years. The last international match was played in this stadium in 2010, in which Sachin Tendulkar scored the first double century of his ODI career.
