In such a situation, selector Ajit Agarkar can give a chance to Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara in Team India in their place.

The Indian cricket team will play its first Test match against Bangladesh on September 19 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, while the second Test match will be played at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur from September 27.
