Hardik Pandya has won the toss and elected to bowl first against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the Indian Premier League 2024.

“The pitch looks good and I think it will play better in the second innings. There was dew last night,” Hardik Pandya said. “I heard our total against Delhi Capitals was the highest without a single batter scoring a fifty. We want to put pressure on their batters with the new ball. We are not thinking about the previous game as it is important to concentrate on today’s contest,” he added.

Faf du Plessis spoke about giving chances to new faces. “We have tried to change a few things. We are giving chances to new faces to change our results. It is the sixth game of the season and it time to get back to winning ways. Virat has been excellent but not the other batters. We can’t allow the rivals to put us under pressure,” Faf du Plessis said. Three changes: “Jacks comes in at No. 3. Mahipal is back. And Vyshak too,” he added.
