The New Zealand cricket team has rested its regular players for the five -match T20 series against Pakistan due to the Indian Premier League coming close.

Regular captain Mitchell Santner has been rested. Apart from Bracewell, 6 more players playing in the Champions Trophy have also been included in the team.
