Mohammad Nabi picked two catches and also involved in a run out in the recently concluded IPL match between Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians.

New Delhi: Mumbai Indians batting all-rounder Mohammad Nabi deleted his cryptic Instagram repost slamming skipper Hardik Pandya for not giving him overs in the recently concluded Indian Premier League 2024 match against Punjab Kings.

Nabi picked up two match-winning catches and was also involved in a run-out at Maharaja Yadavindra Singh Cricket Stadium in Tira, Punjab. Nabi has so far bowled six overs in the ongoing season of the tournament where he gave 43 runs. But the offspinner has not yet got any wicket.

However, MI won the match against PBKS by nine runs to register their third victory in the tournament. But once he fell, PBKS were eventually dismissed for 183 in 19.1 overs, as the hosts’ were consigned to their fourth defeat of the competition coming in the final over. For MI, Gerald Coetzee and Jasprit Bumrah took three wickets each as the visitors’ managed to get a win despite a real scare from Ashutosh, in what was a match fitting enough to celebrate the 17th birthday of IPL.
