Lucknow Super Giants registered another impressive win in the Indian Premier League 2025. The visiting franchise defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 4 runs at the Eden Gardens. Chasing 239 runs, KKR managed 234/7 in 20 overs. Despite impressive batting by captain Ajinkya Rahane, Venkatesh Iyer, and Rinku Singh, the three-time champions failed to win the match. Akash Deep and Shardul Thakur took two wickets each. Lucknow have registered three wins in the 18th season of the tournament.

Earlier, Mitchell Marsh (81) and Nicholas Pooran (87) took LSG to 238/3 in 20 overs. Aiden Markram also posted 47 runs for the Lucknow-based franchise.
