At the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Shepherd’s sensational 14-ball 53 not out with four fours and six sixes against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) lifted RCB to 213/5 in 20 overs in an IPL 2025 match.
Shepherd smashed at a strike rate of 378.57. Thanks to his big hitting, RCB plundered 54 runs in the last two overs of their innings after being sent into bat by CSK captain MS Dhoni.
Right-handed Shepherd was severe on left-arm paceman Khaleel Ahmed as he hit him for 33 runs in the 19th over. The West Indian scored four sixes and two fours in the over.
