Delhi: Indian veteran batsman Rohit Sharma has now retired from Test cricket. Rohit's Test career started in 2013 against the West Indies and in his first Test, the process of making records with 100 was started. Made one and 100 in the second Test in Mumbai. However, the journey of Test cricket after this was not easy and the first challenge was a place in the playing XI.

In 2019, a major change in Test career came when an opener became and only then got a new identity.
