At the same time, after the sudden cancellation of the match of Punjab and Delhi, the BCCI has arranged a special train to safely transfer players, associate staff and match officials. According to a report, the Vande Bharat Train has been organized to take both teams from Dharamshala to Delhi, giving priority to their safety amid increasing tension.

The train will leave from Una, the nearest railway station of Dharamshala, which will take teams and officials from the struggle affected area. This decision has been taken after reports of several attacks from Pakistan in different parts of India, which has increased security concerns throughout the country.
