Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, the master franchisee of Domino’s Pizza in India, reported a significant 77.4% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹49.3 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. This is down from ₹218.2 crore in Q4 FY24, which included a one-time exceptional gain of ₹170 crore.
Even excluding the exceptional items, the company’s profit before tax stood at ₹69.5 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹54.8 crore in the same period last year, reflecting modest operational improvement.
Revenue from operations declined 2.2% YoY to ₹2,103.1 crore, down from ₹2,150.8 crore in Q4 FY24. Total income, including other income, came in at ₹2,113.9 crore. Rising expenses, particularly in raw materials and employee benefits, put pressure on margins. Total expenses for the quarter stood at ₹2,044.9 crore.
For the full year FY25, Jubilant FoodWorks posted a 45.7% drop in net profit to ₹217.1 crore from ₹400 crore in FY24. Annual revenue rose to ₹8,141.7 crore, up from ₹5,655 crore in the previous fiscal.
The company’s international operations, especially in Turkey through DP Eurasia, remain a concern due to geopolitical uncertainties and currency depreciation.
