Will Arjun Tendulkar finally play his first game for Mumbai Indians (MI) in IPL 2025 when they take on Delhi Capitals on Wednesday (May 21)?

Arjun has been on the bench since the start of IPL 2025 and is waiting for his opportunity. MI have hinted at finally including Arjun in the final XI by sharing an 'iconic' post for him.The five-time IPL Champions to X to share a post featuring Arjun and captioned it 'iconic'. The bowling all-rounder was re-signed by MI in the IPL 2025 mega-auction for Rs 30 lakh.

Arjun was MI's net bowler in IPL 2020 and travelled to UAE. MI bid for him in the IPL 2021 mini-auction and signed him for Rs 20 lakh.

Gujarat Titans were also interested in signing Arjun in the IPL 2022 mega-auction and made one bid for him. He stayed at MI for Rs 30 lakh.The left-arm pacer finally made his IPL debut in 2023. He has played 5 IPL matches since his debut. It remains to be seen if Arjun is handed a game or not.
