Shubman Gill-led unit needs seven wickets on the final day to level the series 1-1. Although Shubman scored 161 runs in his team’s second innings, it was Rishabh Pant who stole the show with his outrageous hitting.
The bat slipped out of his hands on a couple of occasions, with some of the English players watching the willow while others looking for the ball. In between, he hit 8 fours and 3 sixes to accumulate 65 runs off 58 balls.
