Yuzvendra Chahal posted a cryptic message on social media after his ex-wife Dhanashree Verma slammed him for wearing a sugar daddy t-shirt on their divorce day. He shared pictures from the Kirkstone Pass in Cumbria, England.

He is currently representing Northamptonshire in the One-Day Cup 2025. The caption of his post went viral.

Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma parted ways in March 2025. The two married in 2020, but their relationship didn’t last long.

During a court hearing, Chahal wore a t-shirt with a message, Be your sugar daddy.

Dhanashree spoke against Chahal’s move and suggested he could have messaged her.

“I was not aware of the T-shirt stunt. Are bhai, WhatsApp kar deta. T-shirt kyu pehna hai? (You should have sent a message on WhatsApp instead of wearing a T-shirt)” she said on the Humans of Bombay podcast.

“I cried when the judge was getting ready to deliver the verdict. I was mentally prepared but couldn’t control my emotions. Chahal was the first one to walk out of the court room,” she added.
