His knock featured 7 fours and 8 sixes, with 5 sixes coming from the last 6 balls, as he dismantled Abdul Rehman and Vasu Vats in the 18th and 19th overs to secure the victory.

This century was Rinku Singh’s maiden T20 hundred, arriving at a pivotal point in his career. The batter had faced a challenging period, raising doubts.

Rinku’s T20I career has seen contrasting phases. Initially, he enjoyed a remarkable run of form. Before the T20I series against Bangladesh last year, Rinku amassed 479 runs from 19 innings, averaging 59.87 and boasting an impressive strike rate of 175.45, along with three fifties to his name.
