The period of 'number 45' in Team India is almost over. Number-45 i.e. captain Rohit Sharma, who made this number memorable forever in Indian cricket.
At the last stop of career, Rohit and his 45 number are a hit among fans. Rohit had already retired from T20 and Test cricket, now one of his rounds in ODI cricket is over. Rohit Sharma was selected for the ODI series against Australia but was removed from the captaincy. Since the entry in Team India, Gill has been wearing number 77 in Jersey International cricket. But many years ago, Rohit also had a connection with this number. Actually, the star batsman made this tweet on 14 September 2012, when he was going for the T20 World Cup. Till that time, Rohit used to wear only number 45 jersey, but then his team was not confirmed and his performance was not good. In such a situation, Rohit wore a number 77 jersey in that World Cup and hence it was posted.

However, the connection with Rohit number 45 is so deep that very few fans will remember that Rohit also wore a 77 number jersey. Now it is a coincidence that after 13 years, the same 77 number is replacing him as Indian captain.
