IND vs WI 2nd Test: The second Test match between India and West Indies started in New Delhi from 10th October and on the very first day, Team India's young opener Yashasvi Jaiswal showed his talent. Jaiswal, who has already played many big and memorable innings in his short career, once again showed the magic of his bat and scored a brilliant century. But not just batting, Jaiswal also started playing the role of doctor during this match, when Indian captain Shubman Gill became victim of an accident. During the match, the Indian captain had such a strong collision that it scared everyone. But it is a matter of relief that this incident did not turn into a major accident.

Team India batted first in this match which started from Friday at Arun Jaitley Stadium. Jaiswal's batting was impressive in all three sessions of the day. During this, he also made a partnership of about 200 runs with Sai Sudarshan and played an important role in taking the team to a big score. Before the end of the day's play, Captain Gill joined Jaiswal at the crease and both took the innings forward. But during this time, while trying to score a run, Shubman Gill had a big collision with the West Indies wicketkeeper.

Strong clash between Gill and the keeper

All this happened in the last hour of the day, when West Indies fast bowler Anderson Phillip was bowling in the 85th over. Jaiswal played the 5th ball of his over on the leg side and both the Indian batsmen ran for one run. But as soon as Gill reached the other end, there was a massive collision between him and Windies keeper Tavin Imlach. Gill's head, wearing a helmet, collided directly into Imlach's chest and during this the ball also hit the Indian captain's shoulder. Everyone was shocked to see this scene. Immediately the medical staff of both the teams reached the field.

Jaiswal started taking Gill's test

While Imlach was lying on the field and caressing his chest, Shubman Gill immediately took off his helmet and sat down holding his head. Due to this the game remained halted for some time. Then as soon as the physio examined Gill, Jaiswal also came into the role of doctor. Actually, Gill had been hit on the head, so he had to be checked for concussion. Jaiswal started doing the same thing just for fun. He raised his hand in front of Gill's eyes and started asking how many fingers there were. Seeing this, Gill also started laughing. However, it was a matter of relief that this incident did not prove to be dangerous for anyone and both the players who collided became fit and started playing again.
