West Indies, which lost badly in the first test match, gave some competition to Team India in the second test. After being bundled out for 248 runs in the first innings, the West Indies team, which was forced to follow on, made a strong comeback in the second innings and not only ended the lead of 270 runs, but also troubled the Indian team by scoring more than 350 runs.

Number seven batsman Justin Greaves and number 11 Jaden Seals settled on the crease and from here the Indian team's troubles started, which was seen in Bumrah's action in the 103rd over.
In this over of Bumrah, Justin Greaves hit two consecutive straight drives, in which the first one was hit for a four and the second one yielded two runs. As soon as the West Indies batsmen completed 2 runs, Bumrah got the ball in his hands and hit it on the wicket in anger and knocked down the stump. He did all this while the batsman was inside the crease.This action of Bumrah made it clear that the Indian team had started feeling the pressure of this partnership, because after the follow-on, the match had dragged on longer than expected. Due to the last wicket, the umpires extended the tea break by about half an hour.
But despite this, Greaves and Seals did not give up and played the entire half an hour and dragged their innings till the last session. During this, both of them not only saved their wicket but also took the team beyond 350 by hitting some aggressive shots.
