Hasini Perera’s brilliant innings

During this innings, Perera completed 1,000 runs in women’s ODI cricket. So far, he has scored 1,036 runs in 59 matches at an average of 19.18 and this was his first half-century in ODIs. Captain Atapattu’s new record

Captain Chamari Atapattu played a useful inning of 46 runs and with this he completed 4,000 runs in his ODI career. This was his 120th ODI match. Atapattu is scoring runs at an average of more than 35, which includes 9 centuries and 20 half-centuries. Till now he has hit more than 500 fours and 60 sixes.

Atapattu has become the 20th batsman in the world and the first Sri Lankan batsman to complete 4,000 runs in women’s ODI cricket. She has also become the fourth Asian batsman to achieve this feat. Before her, India’s Mithali Raj, Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur have touched this milestone.

Bangladesh’s stumbling innings after a good start
