Women's World Cup 2025: The Indian women's team created history at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. Team India defeated South Africa in the title match of the Women's ODI World Cup and achieved the honor of becoming world champion for the first time. After winning the title, the players of Team India celebrated a lot by giving trophies to former Indian players Mithali Raj and Jhulan Goswami.
Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur has broken her silence for the first time in this matter.As soon as the Indian captain at the DY Patil Stadium on 2 November Harmanpreet Kaur Nadine de Klerk was caught by Deepti Sharma, celebrations started in the entire stadium and all the fans stood up from their seats. We knew that this was the last World Cup for Jhulan Di and Mithali Di. I and Smriti Mandhana We were sitting and talking, we were sad that we could not do this for him.
He further said that but we had decided that whenever we do this in future, we will ensure that he is present in the stadium.
