BCCI has instructed all the teams to make their teams for IPL 2026. For IPL 2026 (IPL 2026 Mini Auction), BCCI has finalized the date of December 15 for the mini auction. Whereas today, 15th November was the last date, when all the 10 teams had to submit their retained and release lists to BCCI.
On the instructions of BCCI, all 10 teams together have released a total of 73 players, while 10 players have been traded among themselves. The biggest names in the trade are Sanju Samson and Ravindra Jadeja. The biggest names in the release have been players like Glenn Maxwell, Andre Russell and Venkatesh Iyer.
All 10 franchises together have released 73 players for IPL 2026. After releasing these 73 players, KKR team now has the highest purse. KKR team’s purse is Rs 64.3 crore. The Mumbai Indians team has the least amount of money. Mumbai Indians team has the least amount of Rs 2.75 crore.
