Sawaijpur, Hardoi. In Munder village on Friday morning, a 1-year-old innocent boy playing at home drowned in a drain pit. The family members immediately took him to the hospital where the doctor declared him brought dead. After three daughters, the family members are distraught by the death of their only son, who was born after a lot of wishes, and they are in a bad condition, crying.

Pushpendra lives with his family in Munder village of Sawayajpur Kotwali area and works as a farmer. After Pushpendra’s three daughters Pragya, Vartika and Ananya, the family was very happy when son Karthik was born a year ago against much expectation. But this happiness was noticed by someone, on Friday morning Pushpendra’s 1 year old son Karthik was playing at home. Then he somehow drowned in the drain pit inside the house. When Karthik did not show up for a long time, the family members searched and found him lying in a pit.

The family members hurriedly took him to a private hospital in Farrukhabad, where the doctor declared him dead. Mother Jayanti is distraught due to the death of her only son and faints while crying, after regaining consciousness she starts crying again. Similar is the condition of other family members, sounds of crying and screaming are being heard all around. Pushpendra and his family did not inform the police about the incident.
