Chennai Super Kings have assembled a compact but versatile fast-bowling unit for IPL 2026, focusing on discipline, variations, and role clarity rather than sheer pace. The pace attack includes a mix of overseas experience and reliable Indian options, allowing CSK to adapt across venues and match situations.
Below is the complete list of fast bowlers in the CSK squad for IPL 2026.
Nathan Ellis is CSK’s premier overseas fast bowler and a specialist in T20 cricket. Known for his death-over skills, Ellis relies on wide yorkers, slower balls, and cutters to contain runs in pressure situations. He is expected to lead CSK’s pace attack.
Khaleel Ahmed provides a left-arm pace option, adding variety to CSK’s bowling unit. He is effective with the new ball and can also be used in short spells later in the innings to break partnerships.
Mukesh Choudhary is a dependable Indian pacer who offers control and swing in the powerplay. His ability to bowl tight lines early in the innings makes him a valuable option in CSK’s pace setup.
Gurjapneet Singh adds depth to CSK’s fast-bowling resources. While still developing at the IPL level, he provides a backup pace option and helps manage workload across a long season.
