The International Cricket Council has announced Hyundai Motor Company as a Premier Partner for ICC events from 2026 to 2027. The multi-year partnership records Hyundai’s return to top-tier ICC sponsorship ahead of a packed international calendar that includes the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 and the Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027.
The partnership was officially unveiled at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad in the presence of ICC Chairman Jay Shah, ICC CEO Sanjog Gupta, and Hyundai Motor India Managing Director and CEO designate Tarun Garg. With this announcement, Hyundai becomes one of only four Premier Partners under the ICC’s highest commercial tier, completing the category just months before the Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, scheduled to be hosted by India and Sri Lanka from February 7. ICC recently added brands such as AB InBev, Sobha Realty, Unilever, and Google to its global partnerships list.
As a Premier Partner, Hyundai secures exclusive worldwide rights across the ICC’s international events calendar, covering both men’s and women’s tournaments. These rights include association with iconic matchday moments such as the coin toss, extensive in-stadium branding, and access to premium fan engagement opportunities. Hyundai will also collaborate with the ICC on innovative initiatives, including venue-based activations, interactive fan zones, vehicle showcases, and digital engagement campaigns focued at enhancing the matchday experience for fans.

The ICC stated that the collaboration matches its strategy of working with globally recognised brands to strengthen fan engagement.
